The Sedona Marathon is being timed by CEP Timing and results for each race will be posted at the Start and Finish almost immediately.  All races close at approximately 2pm.  Results will be posted on CEP Timing's website after 6pm Saturday the 10th due to the remoteness of the timing system to an internet connection.
