If you would like to initiate registration for the race event you may register by credit card at Active.com (online registration closes February 5th, 2010 at 11:59pm Pacific Time). There are no additional fees for online credit card registration. Online registration confirmation comes directly from active.com.

Or you can print and fill out the individual registration PDF form .

• Mail the above forms and your check to The Sedona Marathon through the US Mail (postmarked no later than February 5, 2010, unless registration has closed earlier) to the address below.
• Email or Fax by February 5, 2010 a completed form. Then mail the form along with your check to The Sedona Marathon, using the address below. Your cancelled check is your receipt.
• If you registered via active.com, you will receive an email confirmation from active.com

Racer Packet Pickup

Each entrant is responsible for picking up his or her race packet. No one will be allowed to pick up a race number (bib) for a friend or family member.

• To claim your bib, timing chip, T-shirt, and goodie bag you must bring your Sedona Marathon confirmation (cancelled check copies, front and back, are also acceptable) and proper I.D. to the Bib pick-up area . The pre-race registration confirmation and bib-pick up area is located at the Patio Del Norte upper balcony and Sala De Los Milagros room of Tlaquepaque Arts & Crafts Village at 336 Highway 179 · Sedona Arizona (see map above). Pick-up times on Friday Feb. 5 from 10am to 9pm. Each entrant is responsible for picking up his or her race packet. No one will be allowed to pick up a race number (bib) for a friend or family member.


• All bibs, timing chips, T-shirts and goodie bags must be claimed prior to race day, by Friday, February 5, 2010, except for 5K bibs, timing chips, T-shirts and goodie bags which may be picked up on race day by 6:45 am Mountain Standard Time. The registration table opens at 5:30 am and closes at 7:00 am for 5k only Saturday Feb. 6, provided there is still space available.
  
  By special arrangement, some late packet-pick up MAY be authorized for pre-registered racers who have contacted the race office via EMAIL ONLY prior to Feb. 3 sending an email request for authorization to tanya@sedonamarathon.com.  For these special cases, late pick-ups will be scheduled slightly after 9pm Friday Feb. 5 at Tlaquepaque on a case by case basis or on the RRHS field by 6:45am.


• No bibs, timing chips, T-shirts, etc. will be mailed
